Maintenance Technician

Primary Function: To perform maintenance on production related equipment as well as facility structures to ensure poultry processing requirements are met.

Machinery troubleshooting and repair of:

• Hydraulics
• Pneumatics
• Low and High Voltage Control Power
• Myakawa Leg Debone Machines
• Marel Sorters and Portioning Machines
• CVP and Corrvac Vacuum Machines
• Scales and Distribution Belts

Technician Experience Required:

• Be able to make small adjustments in equipment in short amount of time to keep machinery performing at its best
• Competently rebuild motors, change cutterheads and cutter motor in a reasonable amount of time
• Be able to rebuild any top drive mechanism
• Be able to manage any repair or rebuild independently other than PLC repairs
• Be a team player
• Be reliable, punctual, and flexible-must be able to work weekends
•  Have your own tools

No welding experience needed

Preferred Skill Levels and Work Experience: 1+ years experience preferred

Salary Maintenance Tech: $24.00 to $28.00 /hour DOE

Salary Electricians and Welders: $30.00 to $35.00/hour DOE
